Am I right to say that when faced with equal payoffs like -2 and -2 for Japanese, we choose column North as the weakly dominated strategy because -1 dominates -3?

Dear +wisterias , Yes, you are right. However, when analysing the Japanese, you should look at it by columns. Go North will revert on a payoff of either -2 or -1, while going South will give -2 or -3. Thanks for watching! The Policonomics Team
