today we sharing an Instant Dosa Powder Mix and Sharavana Bhavan Tomato Chutney Recipe which is evergreen best breakfast combo.Evertime favourite breakfast recipe of mine.Instant dosa mix is an easy way to make dosa without the loss of time.
In addition to adding in curries, lentils, etc., one of the most common ways of using tomatoes or tamatar in Indian cuisine is in the form of a condiment or Chutney. Chutneys are common in most of the Indian homes. Along with the famous Coconut Chutney, even the Tomato Chutney recipe has many variations pan India. two versions of the South Indian style chutney, also known as Thakkali Chutney, made with fresh tomatoes, spices and herbs. This Tomato chutney can pairs with rice, chappathi, appam, dosa, idli etc... Suitable for dinner, breakfast, and lunch.Here we use tomatoes, onion, vinegar,etc.. which gives an extra taste.Usually tomato chutney needs basic ingredients like tomatoes, chillies, garlic. You can use additional ingredients like coconut, onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, extra garlic to make it taste different each time.No other preservatives are not added which are harmfull to our health.Very low Ingridients are used with few minutes.Raw tomatoes are rich in vitamin C, which brightens skin and fights inflammation while cooking tomatoes releases more antioxidants.
