We've had Lufthansa A340's here in Boston for so long. I've captured some of the 600 versions taking off pre covid out of Logan. Can't remember if I ever flew on one though!

Yess, lufthansa, edelweiss, swiss, mahan and more still using them. Lufthansa is trying to replace them by 787 but the delivery is a bit slow. And Swiss is gonna upgrade their 340's cabin so i guess still gonna be there for a while.🤩

Pretty short takeoff for an A343. Wasn’t full throttle either. 33L at Boston is just over 10,000 feet; looks like this one used about 6,000.
