外國食港式食物隨時好食過香港，因為師傅也移民，而唔少港式食物既原材料當地都有，質素絕大機會好過香港，地碼有當地既豬、牛，唔似香港乜都要入口，麵粉可能係當地生產添！其實各地香港人既熱門移民城市都有頗完備既中式食材同用品提供，幾十年前我在多倫多都能買到好多港式野，少數當時搵唔到既係臭豆腐、油炸鬼同牛雜…片中既中式雜貨店係好typical唐人街超市，唔止賣食材，廚具用品都會有，店內的貨種我覺得好似香港既家興

The fact of a lot of seasoning you can't get them beside Hong Kong or China. So, other countries of Chinese foods way too hard be better or same as than in HK or in China. This is the fact reason why I was fully disappointed in Hong Kong restaurants.
