I met Sylvester McCoy a few years back. I identified myself as a Vision On fan, but got the distinct impression he preferred to be known for his work as Doctor Who and Radagast the Brown. On another note, I heard about Tony Hart’s passing in 2009, but was surprised to hear that Pat Keysell passed away later that same year. May they both Rest In Peace. Thank you to everyone involved in this wonderful production.

A great shame as I’d be proud to have been associated with Vision On in any way. Truly inspiring television.

Tony Hart - a true gentleman - I felt privileged to watch his TV shows. Wilf Lunn - RIP a true British eccentric - much like the wonderful Viv Stanshall in many ways………the type of British character much missed this days!

Une émission que je regardais jeune et que je redécouvre aujourd’hui. Merci d’avoir mis ce chef d’œuvre jeunesse sur KZbin.

See this? This is why some of us ended up at art schools! In my opinion one of the reasons why British creativity led the world at one point! Why have we let this go in the march to make kids into finance robots?

I love the music that accompanies the dinosaur. Does anybody know what it is called and who performs it?

Their version of the logo at the beginning makes the character look so sad when they use their title, 'Declic' !

the Vision On logo is the opposite, it looked cross.

@@johnrowley3140 i like them both, both are superb masterpieces. brilliant versions of the same show, i assume the version when the show that was shown in Sweden would've also looked odd, eh, John.

@@keithstuartgoldstraw9682 Well, Keith, l used to watch this when it was on TV (I was about 5 or 6 at the time) and remember being so taken in by this logo. Tony Hart, who was on the show, as you no doubt know, designed the original English logo and from what I can remember, he said that the character, when he finished it, looked like cross between a frog and a grasshopper to him! This was the only version I ever knew of this logo so, yeah, like you said, it was kinda strange to see this foreign one!
