- room: room is quite clean but small, water bottle , kettle are provided

- location: surrounded by Chinese food court, minimart, 10mins by car to Sunway Mall
- parking: outdoor park on the road ( pay using Penang parking app)
- bathroom: tiny and not very clean. Only toothbrush set provided.
Cons. 📝:
- bathroom not very clean
- not soundproof: can hear other room sound 😅
