No one is going to mention their ears? Bonus to hear sounds, listen at doors? Breeding cycle? Do the breed like rabbits? SRD 5E has a race called Bunny Girls. If you want to play a female Harengon to would be worth a read for character ideas. How many kits in a litter? How does she feed them all? How many litters over how long?

My longest running character ever was a harengon bard. She was an utter diva, but so fun.

I'm curious if Harengon will be reclassified as Fey in the 2024 rules. I heard that goblins and hobgoblin are Fey in the 2024 Monster Manual.

I played a Harrengon Assassin / Dread Ambusher. It was CRAZY. So much fun. Leaping in and out, always winning initiative, etc... crazy fun.

I made a high level Harengon Gloom Stalker for a 1-shot without really thinking through the synergy and thought the sheet tool was broken when it told me I had a +17 to Initiative.

I’m creating a campaign with gnolls (dog like humanoids) that were created when a barren female wolf prayed to the gods of fertility to give her children. A goddess answered but gave her gnolls instead of wolf cubs. My question is: what origins (besides “they lept into existence out of portals to the feywild”) could rabbit folk come from? I loosely based the gnoll beginnings from the Roman god lore where Lupa the wolf gave birth to two human boys. One grew up to create Rome I believe?

Gnolls, you say? Check out #koboldhill tag on Tweeter! *hyena laughter* Seriously, though, for rabbit folk, here’s a potential origin to get your creative juices hopping: Imagine a community of clever rabbits who lived on the fringes of civilization. Over generations, they grew envious of humanoids’ ability to build, create, and defend their homes. They sought to bridge the gap and began to pray to a trickster god, one who reveled in turning expectations on their ears. This deity answered, not by granting them greater intelligence, but by reshaping them entirely and melding their natural agility and instincts with humanoid forms. Now, they exist as the Rabbitfolk: swift, resourceful, and a little mischievous, forever walking the line between their primal nature and their newfound sapience. Alternatively, you could go darker. Maybe a wizard (there's always a wizard, right?) wanted the perfect army of loyal, fast, and surprisingly fierce soldiers. Using a mix of transmutation magic and alchemical experiments, they created the Rabbitfolk-but as with all creations made for war, they eventually turned on their creator, choosing freedom over servitude. Just some thoughts to chew on! What vibe are you going for-light and whimsical, or a touch of the dark and twisted? Let us know how it evolves! 🐇✨

I am planning on having the realm be steampunk to some extent. Gnomes build and tinker with machines. Maybe one of the gnomes had a machine make the first models. or maybe there are mechanical versions of all humanoids in the realm (side plot!). I’m going for a political intrigue story. The queen prayed for children and the wolf goddess of the gnolls blessed her with one human boy and one gnoll girl child. She raised the girl gnoll in secrecy as a maid in the court. The king is aligned with the church of the god of the hunt, but they betray him and attack the royal king and queen so they can control the prince and rule from the shadows. The church uses Druids shape changed into wolves to stoke fear in the kingdom of wolves. During the attack, Druid agents of the wolf goddess Luca save the queen and drag her to safety. Having been reported as dead, the church of the wolf goddess Luca shape changes the queen into a gnoll to hide her. This giving her time to reveal the truth while watching over her gnoll daughter who has fled the capital to a distant gnoll city (for fear the wolf fear mongering could spill over to the gnolls). Loose plot but still 🤷♂️ would be fun to throw in a third faction of rabbit people to mix things up

Nah, if you go back it was me from 2022 to 2024... these podcasts are AI based off my articles at LitRPG Reads (see the description...) I spend 2 or 3 hours putting one of these together, so it's not "easy" by any means! Thanks, man.

@@litrpgadventures6902 It's a shame you would lie like that... The content is cool and all but everything one here is AI. Only the first 2-3 videos you made were genuinly your voice and probably script. There is no shame in using AI for alot of things but claiming something is made by you when it's not is a shame... The original article is good and I liked it, but it is also made by AI... GPTZero - 100% AI CopyLeaks - 100% AI QuillBot - 83% AI These are the % of AI generated content in your article according to the 3 most used AI detectors.... The content is cool, just don't be dishonest.

Ouch! A lot of assumptions! I usually use 3 models for article writing... I write it then have one model "critique" it and send it to another model, etc. Never said I didn't use AI for writing, but I DO spend multiple hours on each of these putting them all together. I never said I made them without AI. Even with AI they take me 2 to 4 hours per article/video. Not sure why you're so hateful about it! Yikes! Have a great week, man.

@@litrpgadventures6902 slightly less 'hateful' review here, however I'm also on the no more AI bandwagon. You're probably a nice guy and everything but I'm also gonna step out here, I'm not pleased with the direction we're all heading with AI usage. We should be using AI for working on our taxes and balancing our budgets, not taking away the fun stuff from artists and all that jazz.

Harrengon are great in game, just make sure you don't travel through new mexico. They'll make a wrong turn at Albuquerque almost every single time.
