CX services is always a bit hit and miss these days. They have really rolled back on their hardware. A few years back. I flew with them regularly HKG - PER prior to cost cutting. Great food and with amenity kit but those were a thing of the past. Now I have switched to SQ for good 😂

New Airplane Doesn't necessarily mean the standard service will improve. However, A350-1000 has a huge improvement with the chair design and the aircraft itself. Love your video anyway!!
Em...I do agree that there is room for improvement for Cathay Pacific's in-flight services, e.g. providing after meal drinks etc. For the amenity kit items, if you ask cabin crew, they will provide the items. Although the service experience and the cleanness of the washroom may not be the best, Cathay Pacific is still my favourite airline as she is the only airline that TRULY representing Hong Kong. However, Cathay Pacific is facing heavy pressure from the Chinese authority due to the current social movement in Hong Kong, and several disappointing actions have been done by the management team. I do hope Cathay Pacific will still be the airline of Hongkongers in the future.
