50 grams - Regular Wheat Flour
25 grams - Besan
5 tbspoon - Ginger Green Chilli Paste
As required - Refined Oil
1/2 Cup - Curd
1 tspoon - Turmeric Powder
1 tspoon - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
As per taste - Salt
1 tspoon - Asafoetida / Hing
4 tspoon - Sugar
1 tspoon - Carrom Seeds / Ajwain
1 tspoon - Cooking Soda
2 - Dry Red Chillies
3 tsp - Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
2 tsp - Mustard Seeds (Rai)
5-7 - Curry Leaves
As required - Water
