Hi, just read a comment down below about the prices, tbh the condos are not worth $80,000 , sure the fixtures and fittings look nice enough, but the views leave much to be desired, to me it looks like something off a movie (I am legend, the movie starring Will Smith springs to mind) , you can get far better and much more for your hard earned money in Thailand for example or Indonesia with ocean views, decent gym, rooftop and lower pools etc etc. With excellent wi-fi and low rates for the services (electric, water, cable TV etc), and would you really recommend buying a property? This in any foreign country is always a risk, and sure some countries do differ like in Dominica (Caribbean) for example, if you buy a property there and spend £100,000, you can have citizenship and obtain a Dominica passport , in places like south east Asia, I would've thought that renting would be the best option, as if and when things start to decline in the area, or get better for that matter, you can have the easy option of moving somewhere else or staying there with minimal fuss, thanks for sharing, kind regards from England. 👍👍

I'm 1/2 Filipino & American (US Citizen) and my wife and I retired here 11 years ago. We own a small house in Quezon City. I think the pricing of Condos is too high here in the Philippines. If you want to sell it nobody will buy it unless you sell it at bargain basement price (this is according to friends who own Condos and regret buying them. Even my home is difficult to sell.

No this unit was an airbnb I was staying in and not for sale. I think they start from 4M PHP around $80K USD.

I think the area is a bit boring, Compared with example Kandi area where you can walk to many restaurants and to Sm Clark. But if Casino is your only interest its good :-)

No sorry. This was an Airbnb example video, showing what you can get for $40 per night. Not a for sale video.

There are not a whole lot of people living there because the world is going through ECONOMIC DESTRUCTION under the pandemic. That's why I can't understand why they are asking so much money for those Condos. I have many Filipino friends who are trying to sell their Condos and no buyers even at bargain sale price.

Lack of proper parking space is always a problem in the Philippines.
