I watched this from the Excel Tokyu Hotel. Looked "firm" from there. Did you happen to video the Air Canada 777-300 go around, or ANA 777-300 go around about 45 minutes earlier? If so, please post them. Both touched down already....

pacidessi. Bank to the right to lean into the wind. Crosswind from the right will tend to lift the wing up. What the pilot did was to level the wing to prevent the lift from the crosswind. Rudder to the left is the line up with the runway. Prior to touching down, the plane did a crabbing technique, so when it touched down, it needed to uncrab, thus the left rudder
