Hi Jay and Ari, 很久沒有留言給你們了，我很高興看到你們在美猴王(孫悟空)餐廳吃飯的情況，我記得前幾次說香港澳門式的粤菜時，總有人質疑我，今次你們親身經歷了，知道利害嗎？其實，廣東粵菜在過去有好幾次全中國菜系評選中，廣東粤菜都是排第一的，(當然不是每一次都是，四川菜也利害，不過不同風格)，香港在1997之前曾經被米芝蓮評價很高，被公認為世界美食天堂: 而澳門則在2008年興起，當時澳門賭牌開放，澳門興旺到不得了，吸引到很多全世界知名的飲食機構在澳門開設食府，真的當時只要有錢，世界上什麼菜色都可以吃得到，在這黃金十年的澳門，其鋒芒真的已超過拉斯維加斯，澳門當時亦被評為世界美食之都。你們在美王餐廳所吃到的菜色，其實在香港和澳門两地最鼎盛時期，只不過是小兒科而已，尤其是海鮮的炮製，如果你吃過，你真的不想離開這两個城市，而事實上當時的確有很多外國人留在這两個城市很久，很可惜，這幾年這两座城市的繁華，經過一輪政治運動，又經過這幾年的疫情摧殘之後，昔日的繁華已成為過去式了，現在的港澳，百業蕭條，餐廳倒閉(其中很多都是當年享負盛名的米芝蓮評級的餐廳。不少廣式粤菜館也關門，因為粤菜的食材都高級貴價食材，成本很高的，所以，沒有高消費的客人，很難維持的。)投資撤走，政府為了防止疫情擴散，不得不嚴格封控，生意難以經營，一片惨淡，唉！昔日的天之驕子，今天竟然變成這樣子，真是令人唏噓不矣!
