2018年我和我老婆把家裡閒置的一個3房的房子做了不到一年的air bnb，挺累的。因為我們主業是在開便利店，常常都是晚上9點關店後才能去把住客退房後的房間打掃衛生跟添加洗漱用品。好多時候也是要去洗衣店洗住客用完的被單跟浴巾等等。弄完都一般晚上11點過了，才能回家休息。當然你可以交給property management幫你管理，我們是比較喜歡親力親為，所以就自己做。總共賺了1w多的紐西蘭刀，不是滿租的狀況。加油年輕人。

One important question about Airbnb rental is that what kind of door locks do the owners use? Regular locks or combination locks? With regular locks, wouldn't you worry that some shady Airbnb customer makes a copy of your keys? Have they had security cameras installed outside the houses in order to prevent thefts?
