thanks alot aermoech. thanks to this video (pretty much the only video on yt that shows u how to do this) i was able to make my own. i usually chop my nerf darts in half to make stefan size darts because i cant be bothered to order any but do u know the exact length of the stefan darts so im chopping mine to the right size? Thanks.

Could I use just a piece of 1" PVC instead of the 1/2" coupler? If you cut the same half-pipe down the 1" piece for the body, halfway down the length making the rest a full pipe, then cut the same shape you cut in the 1/2 coupler, essentially making it so you don't have to use a coupler at all. Then just adapt/tape the 1/2" PVC stub 'til it fits in the 1" full-pipe. I don't have any 1/2" couplers and it would make it a little cheaper to produce, I'm just curious if it's doable.

I've been making these where I epoxy half of a 45* elbow to a tee with the top chopped off. This design is WAAAAY better

Lord GaM I haven't tested full length (3 inch/ 7.5cm) darts in this but generally full length darts do not feed through hoppers in the first place. I don't see this being any different.

you can always take a cpvc endcap. drill a hole through that. get a cpvc T-piece. Drill a hole through that. Then put a bolt through then holes and secure that with a nut. That's what i used for a while

How do you make a full length dart wye?

You’ll need a much longer straight pipe, and a shallower angle on the pvc bend. I might recommend a dart box magazine with latches to hold the lid on, or using spherical rounds in a similar setup to this, but with a wider diameter of tube/barrel, such as Nerf Rival Rounds
