could be that after the minions got back to earth from mars and told gru who is now an avl agent that vector was on mars since time speeds up in space since the minions and vector were probably traveling to mars at lightspeed, after the minons told him then gru told silas ramsbottom that vector was on mars and then ramsbottom had an avl agent or an astronaut fly to mars to take vector back to earth to the avl prison, thats my theory, could be true that time does speed up in space

There was that rocket ship in the Minions movie that Dr. Nefario built, we don't see it until the 5th Despicable me movie. Everyone in the rocket ship gets stranded because it runs out of fuel and they get imprisoned in jail in some unknown country. There was a lot happening in the movie, but Dr. Nefario basically told them that the minions that fought the dragon were changed by it's powers and should be destroyed. The minions never got destroyed, as far as I know.
