I'm a Chinese Head Chef ..here is the Original recipe : fast Chicken Breast, Boneless Small Cut PCS 450 -500 gm add 1 egg, some black pepper some 1 and half tablespoon salt add 4 tablespoon Corn flour and 1 tablespoon flour mix well. next use 500ml refined oil Deep fry marinated chicken fry until golden brown take a side fry Chicken, next 1 onions and 1 green peppers (capsicum) Diced cut. Next take a Chinese Wok or any frying pan Fast Add some refined oil or if you have (Sesame Oil) use it. Stir-fry 2 cups of chopped vegetables with 1-2 green chilies Stir-fry 30 second next add 1 tablespoon chop garlic 1 and half tablespoon chop ginger fry 10 to 15 second. next add 2 tablespoon red chilli Pest or (red chilli sauce) Stir-fry 20 second next add 250ml chicken stock or (water), add 1 tablespoon sweet and sour sauce, add 2 tablespoon dark soy sauce, also add some black pepper powder, Next add 1 tablespoon aromat powder or (MSG) Permitted Flavour Enhancers (E621, E627, E631), next add 1 tablespoon Sugar, don't need to add salt, now add all fried chicken take 30 second, take 1 cup water add 2 tablespoon corn flour mix well use 1 and half tablespoon at last add some chopped spring onion . Done 🙂👍
