At first, D.L. stated that he's the wrong person to be giving relationship advice, but he does believe that Will Smith made a mistake by appearing on The Red Table Talk. D.L. also stated that he thinks Jada and August's relationship seemed somewhat predatory because of his mental instability and her power. Unpopular Opinion: Will did the right thing sitting at that Red Table across from her. Why? Two points of discussion stick out. The first was when Will declared publicly he had "officially retired" from trying to make Jada happy. That point resonated with a lot of men who have gone through the exact same thing, because women have no idea what they want, especially when they don't they have it. I think he was compensated. August is now an independent artist under his OWN record label/media company (Shake the World). August have a 5 part documentary about his life on KZbin (that he directed and is the executive producer) and the production company he used is linked to the Smith’s. That mean August owns the rights to his music/songwriting and any movies, documentaries he put out-he own it. I think Jada & August (&Will went along with it) staged all of this drama to help boost August back into the music industry (he was black balled for the Jada situation & issues with his old record label), Jada needed ratings for Red Table (and to clear August’s name so he can get his partnerships and deals back), Will has his KZbin channel, that show he was diving with sharks, and Will was being sued by Serena Williams family, then Jaden dropped two music videos (6 days after the “entanglement” song was released) and his album as well. I could be wrong but it sounds staged. 🤨😂
