I've been slapped by another dude before. And it happened because dude was a bully and knew that I wouldn't do anything back to him. Even if I had it'd have led to much bigger things. Like maybe being stabbed. Possibly shot. On going beef to this day. Am I happy about it? Hell no! I wish I'd slapped him back.But I didn't. Nobody in the vicinity would've cared about the outcome if I did fight back. This was in the nineties. That dude smokes crack now.
@RealLyfeRares
@RealLyfeRares Жыл бұрын
That’s thing vlad doenst understand. Will was also bullied so the whole bully narrative he was pulling back when this slap shit happened is cap. Both Will and Chris were bullied- one of them decided to use comedy and to detriment of others expense use the pain as a coping mechanism and one went the other route and carved damn near the best image of a black man we’ve seen in history. Both have unhealed trauma. But Chris rock has been in therapy 7 hours a day 7 days a week. We’ve never heard will talk about therapy only when he opened up about his book- we learnt all the messed up stuff he went through just to get to where he is. It’s decades of unhealthy trauma and he didn’t get his stuff worked on early and it came back to bite him in the butt. I’m still a fan but I can call it like it is. I literally have a fan page of will- for gods sake so anyone looking for a fight knows my take.

@@RealLyfeRares Disagree. Will being bullied doesnt change the narrative. Most bullies were bullied. Will like most bullies size up their victims and look for weaker targets. Will clearly wasnt hurt about the joke until I feel his manhood was challenged. I will say WIll has a lot of insecurities. And i am sure the damage hes feeling from hearing every1 talk about his wife sexually will never go away. Its something he will have to live with. I guess he has given Chris an outwardly demon to carry with himself the remainer of his career. They both were living good lives, and now they are both living with shameful experiences at the height of their careers. Sad thing is both mens shame, come from the actions of other Black men.

Let me ask you this? If I walked up to you and gave you a “simple slap” in the face would you brush it off? Whether you slap someone or shoot a gun. Violence is never the answer. DL’s point was that, Will initiated the violence against Chris and everyone comforted Will when they should have Commended Chris for how he handled the situation.
@StayTunedReviews
@StayTunedReviews Жыл бұрын
@@juano9833 I tell you what I wouldn't do. I wouldn't wait several months to speak on the matter. I wouldn't allow the media to paint me as a helpless victim and I wouldn't exploit the situation for financial gain. I consider the matter a simple slap because Chris didn't need medical attention to treat any injuries. He declined to press charges. Yeah, his kids may have seen him getting slapped, but where were the concerns for the kids when Chris Rock's affair made national news? If Chris Rock's kids could sit through his bad movies, then seeing him getting slapped should be a walk in the park. No I'm not advocating for people to be violent. I'm just challenging us as a community and society to put our energy into something more serious like innocent people getting trafficked and/or killed every day. If those issues aren't serious enough to get angry over then we are doomed.

@@automatic_systematic Chris Rock getting slapped was the best thing that coulda happened to his career. He was becoming irrelevant and nearly had to give tickets away to his shows prior to the slap. Now he is selling out stadiums and getting offers to host other shows (with the belief that networks are banking on someone else slapping him). I bet you a million dollars that if Chris Rock could do it all over again, he would get slapped and play the victim all over for money and a chance at being relevant again. I think DL is mischaracterizing the situation. Chris Rock was attacked in a place where he couldn't retaliate. He was the victim. There's nothing for him to be ashamed of in that regard.
