Sadly there is a long history of white women claiming to be afraid of black men who did absolutely nothing to them. Black men have been arrested and charged because of those claims and they’ve even been killed because of them. The scenario of a white woman taking out an order of protection against a black man would be a trigger for black people. I believe that if Kim does take legal action against Kanye the black community will turn on her even though we see her what’s going on. Upgrading the security system doesn't stop unnecessary text messages. Boundaries needed to be set when he wasn't respecting them. And what resources are we assuming that Nicole didn't have and would those same resources helped when she was killed outside? My perspective is, have a paper trail in the court system.
