Ingredients:
For dal :
Chana Dal - 1 cups
Water - 3 cups
Ghee -1 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Hing -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
For Pakwan :
Maida - 1.5 cups
Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cooking oil - 1 to 2 tbsp
Cooking oil for frying
For serving -
Green chutney
Tamarind chutney
Coriander leaves
Onion
