I don't find everytime the device icon on the landing page. If I add it again it's says, it's already configured. I never see my device to use its controls. Application is completely updated.

Sir my router is already set upped but I can't able to login my router in Eagle Pro Ai app for managing,when I am trying to login it's asking me device password, Can you please tell me which device password it is asking (wifi or phone etc. Sir please kindly reply me.
