if you power off the main router (you leave the house) then when you return home, after powering on the main router, do you need to set up the d-link mesh router again?

The 2nd Mesh needs to be connected to the 1st Mesh router to extend the network as per video setup. how can you be able to skip the dial up network setup? i cannot skip the dial up set up as it will ask about isp user login and password. Also, how to set up when i want to use the existing router that i already have? Basically i want to use dlink m15 as wifi mesh only without using WPS
