Lyrics The sky is on the verge of tears And, darkness is peeked your head So open your mind... open your eyes You have to accept the painful Death If you want mild stability, maybe there is an impossible dream So open your mind... open your eyes and,You have to accept your fate now... I'm a bastard So,I've got no choice He taught me how to fight Maybe,that's all I have right now He used to say "This is your life" Sharpen spirit x 3 And,accept your fate now Sharpen spirit x 3 And,accept your fucking fate The sky is on the verge of tears And, darkness is peeked your head So open your mind... open your eyes You have to accept the painful Death If you want mild stability, maybe there is an impossible dream So open your mind... open your eyes and,You have to accept your fate now... I'm a bastard So,I've got no choice He taught me how to fight Maybe,that's all I have right now He used to say "This is your life" "This is your life" I gotta keep on believing But you are gone The sky is on the verge of tears And, darkness is peeked your head So open your mind... open your eyes You have to accept the painful Death If you want mild stability, maybe there is an impossible dream So open your mind... open your eyes and,You have to accept your fate now...

dude i just discovered kinoshita ryo this year and i come across THIS? bruh. amazing.

I am currently double-checking that this is in fact Kinoshita Ryo, as sometimes confusion can occur with overseas listeners. If you have a source for them being the same though (outside Genius; that's what I'm double-checking,) please let me know!!
@actuallyasriel4 жыл бұрын
UPDATE: Yeah, it's him! I found a Tweet he made about it, which is as much of a source as I need. Interesting how this album comes up as a common thread in a lot of what I listen to; I just found out about Ryo's collab with Spiritbox not long ago.

Fuck the lyrics - I love the beats, the breakdowns & how fucking aggressive the screamo vocals are in this track... It paints a picture of a guy standing on top of a mountain or hill screaming out in anger for revenge against his former lover who betrayed him. This is your fate... Accept your fate now.
@BloodyHatchetBear7 жыл бұрын
That is a perfect description of the image this song portrays.
@_wandering_aimlessly.86763 жыл бұрын
Ohh I imagined something similar but different. My thoughts were like he made a really bad mistake (not that romantic related) and it says "accept your fate now" as "you have to live with it". But now that I read your comment I think it could have involved some betrayal from the other person in the song. I like making theories :) (and I totally agree with that freakin awesome background)

Holy fuckin shit this hits deep like GD, never have i seen a band that makes me feel like these people do. Like I've legit bled through my nose and cried simultaneously while listening to this.

I cant find any other songs from this awesome Vocalist! Noooo..... Can someone please tell me if there are any other songs from him? (Im really sorry for my Bad English)
@WingedSloth5 жыл бұрын
Which one? There's two vocalists. Yuyoyuppe (the first voice) and Ryo (the second) from Crystal lake. Yuyoyuppe has sung plenty of his own songs and also does a lot of vocaloid stuff while Crystal lake I'm pretty sure doesn't do anything vocaloid related. Edit: To be clear Yuyoyuppe isn't from Crystal lake, only Ryo is.

@JPtheHammer12 жыл бұрын
The lyrics are really bad, but it's expected when a Japanese band writes a song in english. Good song, though.
@JPtheHammer12 жыл бұрын
Not that big of an issue, I know some Japanese.
@JPtheHammer12 жыл бұрын
I won't argue that there's bad lyrics in native language songs, but there's also Japanese bands that write in English that have much better lyrics. I can write some pretty awesome music, but that's irrelevant as I don't plan on writing music in Japanese anytime soon, anyway.
