is the last part a nod to umineko? i remember a melody like that from umineko VN

This album's release predates the release of Legend of the Golden Witch (Umineko's first part), so no. However, zts worked on Umineko's soundtrack, and was the one who composed Far, which is the track this most likely reminds you of. Far wasn't used until part 3, which released over a year after this album did, so in all likelihood this track came first and inspired Far rather than the other way around.
