So this song and Hitomi ni Kakusareta omoi are both rearranged versions of the same theme, Hartmann's Youkai Girl, which is Koishi's theme from subterranian animism (TH11). Each of the circles that make touhou music mostly make them based on the themes and music from touhou, so it's normal for songs rearranged from the same source to sound alike.
