Rather than this PV being solely about Eirin, it's more about her inpact being the one to make the Hourai Elixir affecting Mokou and Kaguya. Can be seen as a continuation of Killlove Fireproof. With them two fighting for eternity, how could they not love it at least a little, haha.

Did those ppl forgot why she did it as well? almost every characters that joined Gensokyo when it's created has got their hand dirty, some got over a thousand if not more body count, even to present day there arent a lot of characters you can truly call innocence. Eirin at the time was the Moon's Sage, friend of Tsukiyomi and the aid of the princess Kaguya, who originally got executed if not for the elixir (Eirin™) that turned her immortal, then after got exiled to earth. Eirin seek it at her own fault, so she was ready to do anything for Kaguya, a bunch of soldier comparing to her wasn't that important.

Interesting that Kaguya is the only one drawn with empty eyes throughout the whole video. The human children I get, but I would have expected Mokou to be drawn like that too, given her weariness. Also, it's cute how Mokou is laughing at 03:47 after the battle.

Kaguya is much older than Mokou so probably she is more used to being immortal? However I think that is is just artist's choice. Kaguya is drawn the same way in Killove Fireproof too.

Lunarians probably just have dull eyes in general. Yori/Toyo's eyes weren't at all vibrant, Sagume's were basically just black holes, and Kaguya/Eirin's are canonically midnight black.

Jati : Socials rank in Indian society Duḥkha is a term in Buddhism. that refers to suffering or unsatisfaction. It divides into 3 layers of deepness : Dukkha-dukkha refers to the suffering from physical and mental pain,dying etc Viparinama-dukkha refers to the suffering that arises from change or impermanence (such as your waifu left you).
