I've read the comments and many are saying that the store owner is struggling due to the huge influx of customers. This is usually a good thing but they can't manage the amount and are overwhelmed which is causing stress to where their service is lacking. This has caused people to leave bad reviews. Though the damage is done I think making a new video explaining the situation or deleting the location information with a disclaimer about the effect of your video will help them to reset much better. I'm sure this wasn't your intention but realising one's impact on others is important. Of course this may have already been resolved but I think editing the pin about the effect it has had should be considered.
I can't speak English either, but I'm very happy that people are interested in Japan.

That's the biggest sushi I've ever seen on the internet, for a normal sized, of course. But to be frank, watching an old man serving sushi with oversized fish, somehow, feels wholesome. Reminds me of how my late grandma fed me 😊
