this is really nice. I don't know anything about this type of painting but it looks really pretty. right now we have almonds blooming in our garden the plums will still take a while. there is something really hopeful about those blooming trees in spring.
I'm looking forward to seeing more of your Nihonga painting, Kaiteki . Love it when u draw on large canvases 😍😍

Which papers have you found that works the best for watercolors? Which paper have you tried? For brushes, which do you prefer and why? I have your coloring book which just came in and love that I went with the more expensive one because of wanting to try out the paper it on. I am thankful that you made another channel that goes over each of the pages. I love each one and very excited to start painting them.

Congratulations on over 500,000 subscribers! Thank you for sharing your videos with us. Nihonga style painting is really interesting and I’m so glad that you will be showing more of this style. I like both styles of videos that you make - the ones with explanations and the ASMR ones. I learn so much from watching you and reading your explanations. The ASMR videos are also very peaceful. My question is: what do you do when a painting isn’t going well or isn’t turning out the way you want it? Do you stop immediately? Do you keep painting? Thank you!

I greatly enjoy your videos! Not only are they informative (materials, techniques, etc), but they are a wonderfully calming experience! I would be very interested in hearing your thought process when you paint, what hesitations you have, how you come to decisions, etc. It really helps understand the process! I really love the complex way you layer the colours, so I'm especially interested in that. Questions: if you had to pick One favourite colour to paint with, which would it be? What is the most important thing to think of when trying to draw or paint flowers?

Dear Kaiteki Art, thank you for yet another interesting video, and congratulations on the fantastic journey you have embarked on with KZbin, Sharing with all of us you passion about painting, art in general and particularly Japanese techniques and visuals. This is truly priceless, like going to special exhibitions in an art museum but a 1000-times better!!! Now to my questions: - could you please provide tips on how you prepare your paper? - how do you manage to paint wet on wet or get beautiful gradients on large surfaces without the paint getting dry halfway? - how to ensure your paint is NOT lifted when you want to add a last layer of iridescent or pearl colors? - are there anymore available copies of your beautiful coloring books? Links don’t seem to works anymore for international shipping - could you please do a video for using on how you paint various kimono patterns? Those are so delicate and would merit more detailed explanations (the thoughts you share with us in your videos are very useful and very beautiful, showing your love of art, it is healing and brightens the spirit. Thank you so much again, I wish I could write to you in Japanese, but I hope this will do. Please continue sharing your wonderful world!!!

I'm an aspiring artist and watching your creative process is very motivating to me. I understand there may be some differences between American and Japanese regulations, but I'd still love to hear from you! ❤️

Thanks for the questions! 🥰 I'm sorry, but I couldn't figure out what "credit" means. Does it mean information such as titles and materials that come with the artwork? Or does it mean the same thing as a "trust"?

@@kaitekiart7666 in this case, I think she means protecting your ownership as the maker of the art :) like if someone screenshots (or if in person, takes a picture of) the finished work and uploads it, how do you make sure people know you were the one who made it, I think it's the general question.

I really love watching the art-making you show on your videos, as well as hearing various info and explanation you add as narration. It’s hard to pick a favorite, because I like both so much; so I’m glad you also make things like ASMR-type so I can also focus on watching only while listening to the work’s sounds.
