these decisions shouldn't be made base on resident's opinions. it should be made by professional surveyor who can provide unbiased professional opinions. i dont get how something so trivial can be dragged so long to get deal with. deportment of transportations should have this taken care of, it involves drivers, pedestrians and deliveries. can not wait till someone have an accident before improvement can be made. it would be too late.
