I think that it makes more sense to use aura share traits (and taking aura on being crit hit and aura on overload) to cover the vigor - the uptime on allies is far from 100% otherwise. I also think that Earth overload should be a part of the rotation to avoid using utility skill for prot generation. What I'm currently doing is: Start in Fire -> 2, overload -> Water, 4, 5, 2 -> Air, 4, (overload if possible) -> Earth, 3, 3, 2, overload -> Water, 2, 3 -> Fire This seems to be working fine and it covers all boons but Resolution, Resistance, Fury, Quickness. My go-to utilities are Stability, Aegis and either Might shout or CC conjure with healing shout for emergency heals.

Aura share is just a pure healing loss because Latent Stamina, Overload Water and Invigorating Torrents give 100% vigor + you get to run soothing power for more healing, so it's better to run soothing power. Aura share is only helpful when running fire trait line and given that staff without arcane is awful makes it so that you would never run it on staff. Your current rotation is just my/the SC warhorn rotation, except that you lose out on guaranteed might/fury share, cc, boon extension and mechanical flexibility while gaining nothing since you don't camp water (the only reason you would ever run staff). Given that you also like to run aftershock, which is overcapping protection, I find it weird you'd still want to overload earth instead of camping water auto attacks to get at least some value out of staff. Not to mention being against using a utility slot for protection while running feel the burn for might is very weird. Of course, I can't stop anyone from playing the game as they want, even how suboptimal it might be. But having said all that, I don't recommend running staff in any raids as any movement will make quick work of any might generation and you'll lose so much utility from warhorn.
