Nyanyuok Makadongo gi Ngusi my Mom's uncle, the great Oyare Ka Nyanana (Oyare gona Oriti). In 2022 December, I made a trip to Tanzania and visited him. Old and ailing, he was still spirited as ever. I bought him a drink and put this song there on repeat mode. His entire spirit came charging back, and we partied into the night under the moonlight.
