The thing is... birmingham is getting very rough.. gangs, some carry illegal guns (since year 2001) Always consider good & bad areas of any town, best way to do it imo is drive around on a night time, esp friday & saturday night from 10pm....no point moving to somewhere because its cheaper but riddled with anti social behaviour... i work in a police station and monitor cctv for 7 towns 😊

Tips for you, Moon mom Baratts Home always has the following dispirit 1. bad quality on m their make 2. high upgrade price 4. not the front tier to have EPC grade A i.e. without Solar system, or the new heat pump system to save energy 3. low ceiling height Well, you should ask the residents there if they are satisfying these areas.
