शादी पार्टियों में बनने वाली आलू गोभी की सब्जी | Aloo Gobhi Masala | Gobi Aloo Ki Sabzi | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
2 flower cauliflower
4 medium potato
2 onion
4 tomatoes
1 tsp chop garlic
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp Kasoori methi
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 spoon salt
.400 ml oil for frying
1.5 tsp oil
chop coriander
