Come on Mike, I still havent finished the Pony talk yet 😭There is only so much attention retention for your ad revenue I can give mike!!! Also me: *grabs a snack and a drink to listen in the background* Also, left field, but D is really great in giving me a choice of a compiler because somehow, dmd doesnt not work on my machine and I don't know why. (I am on Linux) I think the RPM was busted. But I ended up sticking to LDC/GDC as they work fine out of a box and are updated recently enough. I can appreciate these slower moving languages sometimes since ever since I upgraded my PC, I had to get a new distro for my Arc card to...'work'.

Hehe, don't worry I'm slowing done the next week. :) I can also relate -- my queue of listening to other programming podcasts/talks is sooo long. Hmm, maybe post to the D forum if the RPM is not working? I think the next release will happen in January. I've otherwise had DMD working on Ubuntu 20,22,24 so far from the default installer. GDC also I recently installed from the apt package manager. LDC2 also working (though I use that on Mac).

Mike is one of the few people that knows what LG stands for and it's not "Life is Good"

Indeed 'Life's Good' is just the slogan. That would be a good trivial question on a game show :)
