今集《純味香港》,李純恩(Benny)與黎紀君(Christy)帶領大家走入位於元朗形點1的嶄新潮州菜館「鵝鹵宫」,一同體驗「一鵝多吃」。
「鵝鹵宮」將潮州近海文化融入餐廳設計,由內至外仿若踏進一艘潮州船艦,內部裝潢大量採用船纜、船架等元素,讓食客置身於漁鄉之中,為三五知己提供舒適空間暢談。

In this episode of "The Taste of Hong Kong", Benny and Christy bring us to "Be My Goose", a new Teochew restaurant located in Yuen Long YOJO MALL One, where provides a contemporary twist to traditional Chiuchow cuisine.
The "Be My Goose” integrates Teochew coastal culture into the restaurant design, making guests feel as if they have stepped onto a Teochew ship, with décor elements like ropes and racks evoking a fishing village ambiance and providing a comfortable space for friends to gather and dine. Here, guests will be able to savour modern takes on classic Chiuchow-style dishes.
