Hi sir , I am suffering from tingling sensation, numbness, some time muscle pain,and fatigue,dryness in eyes,mouth,face ,skin,both the limbs, I don't get sufficient saliva as well ,use to forget things. Now my concern is do I have autoimmune disease ? Specimen: Bone marrow biopsy Lab No.: LL 1310 B/22 BMA. No. 1394/22 BMA. Diagnosis: 13% atypical lymphoid cells. Gross: Acquired single linear tissue pieces measuring 1.2 cm in length. MICROSCOPIC: Section shows 11 intertrabecular spaces with overall cellularity of 60% (mildly hypocellular for age). Megakaryocytes are adequate. Granulocytic precursors and erythroid precursors show normal topography and maturation. Few scattered mature lymphocytes are noted. No nodule formation or atypical lymphocyte seen. No granuloma formation seen. IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY:- CD3 Positive in focal mature lymphocytes CD30- Negative CD34- Negative CD20 Negative TdT Negative IMPRESSION:- Overall findings are suggestive of presence of T - Reactive Lymphocytes. Note: 1-Kindly correlate with serum ANA positive results associated with splenomegaly. 2- Atypical lymphocytes reported in bone marrow aspirate are chiefly T- reactive Lymphocytes.
