I have studied few medical and medical fields. I have a deeper knowledge of biochemistry microbiology, medical specialties and physiology. However, physicians have less breadth knowledge especially in nutrition and old traditional medicine, though there is trend to study those. Dr. Berg provides a breath and fresh, easy to understand and educative on many subjects to many people who are disabused by the modern, over specialized practitioners. For that, we owe him a great appreciation. In my opinion his contribution ( and others) should be recognized by the Health department, perhaps even more than that. I know the politics of the medical field resist that, but the. Wellbeing of the people is much more important than exclusivity. Well done Dr. Berg!

Sir I am from Pakistan and neutrtionist and doctors here are a real fan of yours. I am trying a new thing in my diet and that is fermenting Whole wheat flour with Kefir's Whey and then after first fermentation I just mix new flour with a little bit of previous one to make more. I used Kefir for my leaky gut and then I got relief but then I got SIBO because of over using Kefir, then I started using Apple Cider and I got better with it and last I started using Bone broth and beef soup to heal my damaged stomach and intestines and they worked just in 2 days I was surprised. Now I am trying this sour bread made with kefir's Whey and after eating it I noticed that I don't feel hungry for 10 hours straight. I just eat one sweet orange in between after calesthenic workout and that's it. And i don't feel tired at all and I have a lot of energy during workout as well but I started having a lot of gas just like when I started using Kefir Milk 1 year ago. i don't use it now because its winter and i don't need probiotics now. What do you think is the reason? is it because I am feeding my good bacteria and its just temporary or should I stop eating sour bread made with Kefir Whey?

THANK YOU DOCTOR!!!! I suck up all your leaky gut videos like a bone dry sponge in the desert being dropped in a bucket of water! I know it's going to put me on the right track, as many of your videos did and do in the past! Not only that, but I told my doctor I was going to stop all my prescriptions and I did while following your many leads, and now my blood work looks like it's from a different and healthy person! When people ask me what I did to get this way, I just send them to your home KZbin page. That would do much better than a billion words from me! Thank you again!!! Oh! By the way, one of the prescriptions I stopped taking was a statin! A CT scan showed gallstones I never had before! So I followed the information in the "get rid of gallstones" video and IT WORKED!!! My poop is back to the right color and there are no more gallstones! (I also used your gallbladder helper supplement). I could go on and on all day explaining all the health problems you solved for me! AGAIN! THANK YOU DOCTOR!!!! My doctors were just making more health problems! I went to my Doctor’s for a follow up appointment a couple of days ago and surprisingly, a student doctor saw me first and gathered all the info for my doctor. Anyway, she had no idea that vitamin D and B12 deficiencies are very common with Hashimoto’s. She wasn’t familiar with Hashimoto’s at all. She kept saying “hypothyroidism.” I didn’t bother to correct her. She said she would want to test me for autoimmune disease. 🤦🏻♀️. I wasn’t surprised because I know they’re not taught about it much. When my doc walked in, his next steps were totally different, as he knew I already had an autoimmune disease!!! The other thing that surprised me was that the student doctor said there’s no way to test for other vitamin B deficiencies only B12. I know that’s not true. She either didn’t know or was taught this.
@lillianjones44343 ай бұрын
Hashimoto thyroiditis is a common cause of hypothyroidism, which can also be caused by iodine deficiency or certain medicines. That is likely why the student kept saying hypothyroidism, indicating it was the end result of Hashimoto's if it had progressed to that point.

My body is such a wreck, I wouldn't know where to start. I am working with Dr. Milham now using the program he has in place. It pretty much falls in line with your videos about eating meats/fruits/vegetables, and getting rid of glutens. Looking at the weights of people of all ages these days, its shocking how many are so unhealthy looking or complain of health issues. I have family that brags about all the pills they are on and run to the doctor for every ache, pain and flu shot; friends who take meds to "fix" their blood pressure and cholesterol problems while thinking they can continue to eat what they want. Why garbage food is even allowed to be produced and packaged is a sin. Its a slow death to our society. Thank you for continuing to share this information!

Because the government wants us dead. It's that simple. I know it sounds like a paranoid statement, but connect the dots. The chemicals in the food, the water, the drugs they prescribe , all cause cancer . They want to depopulate the world.

Let me start this comment by saying I do totally trust this channel and Dr. bergs advice.. hard to explain why I trust him more than the advice of the established/mainstream medical profession, but lets just say its a combination of years and years of my own research (since experiencing autoimmune disease and being told the doctors didn't know what caused it or how to cure it, I became very diligent on that), a feeling i get listening to his advice and how he delivers it, plus some of my own experience with some of the advice. Really what I want to comment here is a question. WHY when there is evidence for this, for the health benefits of a keto diet, the evidence of fasting and Keto in the prevention or cure of cancer, diabetes and autoimmune (among other issues I presume) does the established medical profession not advocate Keto MORE. I get how there is a long history over the last century of misinformation, perhaps propaganda (due to grains, high fructose corn syrup and other products being easier and cheaper to produce and feed the masses maybe?) advocating pasta as healthy, whole grains as healthy etc. Perhaps those on their own without the abundance of other high carb/sugar products that are available to us in this modern age wouldn't be so bad. From an evolutionary standpoint tho, We shouldn't really have ALL fruits all year round, its not natural to have them out of season, for example. We also maybe shouldn't see pastries in shop windows everywhere we go 7 days a week. The rant could go on. I just want to know why are doctors telling me they don't know how to solve my disease, why are there countless hundreds of people dying from cancer, which feeds on sugar, every single day when there is already evidence about how to prevent it. Why does this guy know all this stuff yet professionals are giving out advice such as that mentioned at the start of the video. How can I teach the loved ones around me about this when a google search will more often than not give the contradictory advice? Thoughts and replies appreciated.
@sco9616 Жыл бұрын

In a hives crisis I had, eating fermented/probiotic foods aggressively aggravated the symptoms. I managed to cure myself by two measures: 1) eliminating all foods that contain histamine or that promote histamine production. As the intensity of the symptoms of hives went linearly with great discomfort in digestion, I deduced that I had a permeable intestine and that the particles that entered the blood were the ones that caused the skin reaction, so the second measure... 2) was precisely to take medical doses of L-glutamine. (very high quality kyowa formulation, not the cheap stuff) But I insist, fermented foods, with the permeable intestine, aggravated the symptoms aggressively. I mention this in case it is useful to anyone.
