Personally speaking,I prefer T.rex to do the job.I think it is time for a T.rex to defeat a Big Villain Dino all on its own. No helps from other dinosaurs,no distractions provided by human cast. Just a primal fight between T.rex and the Villain dino,in which T.rex managed to utilize its experience or toughness to defeat its foe after an intense fight.

I’m glad the T-Rexes will look like their Jurassic Park and Lost World counterparts. The Jurassic World designs are good, but nothing beats the OG Rex designs from the first three films.

I find that hard to believe. Why would you wanna change spinosaurus design for paleo accuracy? The Spinosaurus is accurate in the JP cinematic universe. Just like the raptors are accurate in their universe, having it all changed for modern times would retcon or break canon of the franchise lore.

I'm guessing D-rex stands for Diabolus rex, which was the original name for Indominus rex. And I am all for the idea of paleo accurate dinosaurs. You gotta remember the OG Jurassic Park (1993) actually had that - AT THE TIME the film was made, these were considered pretty accurate dinosaurs. Sure, they took creative liberties with the Dilophosaurus turning it into a frilled dragon and the Velociraptors were actually based off Deinonychus (but that was also a classification error as they considered them a species of Velociraptor at the time)

Yeah agree the best dino fight out of the franchise is the jp3 spino vs bull t rex. In Jurassic World T rex are fodders and easily get beaten especially in 1v1. Even though Bull T rex lost at least he puts up a fight against the spino. That fight also good because it's a 1v1 fight no interference.

In my opinion they should have kept the Spinosaurus design from Jurassic Park 3. Jurassic Park/World was never meant to be accurate. If you look at any dinosaur in the series you will see that it does not look accurate. The dinosaurs in this franchise were meant to be different than their prehistoric counterparts because their DNA was incomplete. The scientists in the movies had to fill in the gaps with genes from frogs and other creatures so the dinosaurs looked different. So creating an accurate Spinosaurus in Jurassic World makes no sense.. Just like creating any other dinosaur accurately. Scientists would not have the full genotype to create an accurate dinosaur. So why ruin the magic of Jurassic Park with accurate dinosaurs? Let's leave accurate dinosaurs to documentaries..
