एक आप ही हो जिसकी बताई रेसिपी कभी खराब नही हुई......मैने बनाया बहुत लाजवाब पहले मै काफी बडे बडे सेेफ की लोगो की रेसिपी बनाता था पर सबकुछ सेम करने के बावजूद स्वाद नही आता था मगर एक आप हो सर आपकी बताई हुई रेसिपी जितनी आसान होती है उससे कई गुना ज्यादा स्वादिष्ट, मुझे गर्व है आप पे मैने बहुत तारीफ बटोरी है आपकी रेसिपी बनाके धन्यवाद स्वीकार किजिए 🙏🏻

Pl give Exact cooking time after first whistle. Giving 3 or 2 whistle time is Inaccurate as different Brand pressure cookers work differently. If u v ever read the Hawkins pressure cooker booklet they write Exact time after one whistle

प्रिय बड़े भाई अगर आपको मेरी यह टिप्पणी आपको दिखाई देती है तो कृपया करके बताएं की मटन की आपने कौन सी बोटिया खरीदी है क्योंकि मेरे जैसे बहुत से लोग हैं जिन्हें मटन खरीदने की तनिक भी जानकारी नहीं है

Agar aapko boneless meat pasand ho to aap front leg ke uper ke hisse yani shoulder jise aam bhasha me agli dast kahte hain, se boneless pieces le sakte hain, inhe gol botiyan kehte hain. Bone Wale pieces pasand ho to nalli, chaap(chops) aur puth( back bone wala hissa) le sakte hain.

Ye to apni choice ki baat hai. Tamatar aur nonveg ka Mel nahi hai to gali gali me butter chicken nahi mil raha hota aur mutton me tamatar ke use ke baare me Zara Bihari mutton ke baare me check kar leejiye.
