A common thing here in the US sense our interactions with people are 99% other Americans. We don’t have the need to learn even the basics of other languages like people who live in Europe, as an example. With that said I still listen to music from all over the world and look up translations and such so I understand the music. I like all types of music and can feel the emotion and energy even if I don’t understand the words. Think of Pearl Jam, even English speakers don’t know what the fuck the mans saying but artists comin from the heart will still get recognized.
