You are not allowed to film license plates of cars in Germany. Also when your not from the press you have to ask people if it is okay to upload videos or pictures of them to the internet, when their face is showing. Without asking BEFORE THE UPLOAD it is illegal. You can be happy that none of those skirts went up with the wind, because for filming this you would end in prison for a lot of years. Those are the new rules... Welcome to Germany, where we have strange rules. Murder, pedophile, rapists don't get a lot of years in prison (sometimes even 0). But if someone jumps infront of your car and you were driving to quick it can be that you never leave prison for the rest of your life, also illegal downloading and under skirt filming brings you heavy punishment.

@@hanzkranz1319 Are you absolutely sure about what you are saying? Because, if that was the case, the author of this video would not be so careless as to run the risk of being caught imminently and flagrantly, as several people were filmed in the face, and no one seemed to care much about it....
@hanzkranz13193 жыл бұрын
@@robdeblinux7470 Yes. I am 100 percent sure. Like I said. Filming is okay, but only for private use, uploading to the Internet isn't legal without asking everyone that is seenable on the material. Only the media (with licence) is allowed to show faces without asking.

I’m from Ireland and love Düsseldorf fell in love with the area when I worked there in the 70,s and early 80,s so giving my age away, my wife and I have been back quite a few times and found Düsseldorf a good place to explore Westphalia, a little tip get a 5 or 7 day ticket for regional trains and this will get you on the trams and certain buses as well great way of seeing outside the city as well, try out the glass museum for something different, my wife fell in love with the ice cream 🍦 parlours down near the Rhine steps, highlight of her trip apparently
