This is the best chole recipe ever. I thought I can make the best chole. But you proved me wrong. I made chole for 25 years what my mom taught. But after this recipe, I change my thought. You are very versatile chef sister!!! This is the only way I am going to make chole ever. My both daughters who can take spice and one of them not eat any spice ate it and they were astonished. Very well explained.... Imma forced bachelor... Tried it exactly.... But then while mashing the chickpeas, half of the preparation got spilled on the floor for which I had to spend an hour cleaning and mopping up the kitchen.... But then the salvaged preparation was very good but then not at par with my दिवंगत revered mom and दिवंगत lill doting sister's preparation ..... But then thanks to you helping us out...
