INGREDIENTS FOR DAAVANAGERE BENNE DOSA RECIPE :
(Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon)
Rice - 3 cup
Urad dal - 1 cup
Flattened rice - 1/2 cup
Methi seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Taste for salt
Butter
Aloo palya :
Potato - 3 nos
Onion - 3 nos
Taste for salt
Chatney recipe :
Green chilli = 5-6 nos
Coconut - 1 cup
Cloves - 1 nos
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
