Tariffs between the USA and Canada hurt the USA by increasing consumer prices, triggering Canadian retaliatory tariffs, reducing trade and economic growth, causing job losses in export industries, straining diplomatic relations, and disrupting supply chains. While they may protect some U.S. industries, the overall impact is negative for businesses and consumers. So it hurt the USA not canada bro

In 2023, Canada sent 76% of all their exports to the US. That accounts for 19% of their entire GDP. In 2024, Mexico sent 78% of their entire exports to America - 37% of their GDP. BUT for America their exports to both countries make up about 2.7% of their entire GDP. All 3 countries will see a price increase, but it will hit Canada and Mexico much harder.
