Diekyosaku is the "melancholic popular song band" made by female utaite Death-Hime, nico guitarists Saigorahen and Yamato Masaoka, nico bassist Gasmasko and nico drummer Kuma (you'll notice a LOT of indie musicians tend to start on Nicovideo). Their particular brand of sound likes to mix clean and death vocals by Death-Hime, with more emphasis put on the death parts, but the instrumentation tends to be rather playful and technical. While their first mini-album is lost to the abyss of time (one more in the pile of "should've gotten it when I had the chance"), their 2nd mini-album and this album are available to be purchased, and I highly recommend them if you like female vocals, poppy-metal and death vocals. I was introduced to them thanks to a Tears Of Today live DVD that included performances by them, and their energy is just amazing.

Death-Hime has her own indie fashion brand, but she occasionally does live shows with her friends.

Saigorahen, better known as John Kanda, is the guitarist of PENGUIN RESEARCH: this band has Vocaloid Producer kemu as their composer, lyricist and bassist, and are the ones who made such hits as the ED for Durarara!!x2 Ketsu, and OPs for Magi: Sinbad no Bouken and ReLIFE.

Yamato is a guitarist for the band DOPEDOWN, which is made up by utaite KOOL, guitarist Mitsuyo from Happy Heads Naniyori, bassist Yuhei, and drummer Keita from PENGUIN RESEARCH. Their latest song, PARADOXA, is pretty dope.

Gasmasko is, of all things, a streamer and Twitch partner (in japanese, obviously), so... that's cool I guess.

Kuma, better known as SHiN, is a supporting drummer for many bands and japanese singers, so it's hard for me to point you to a particular direction if you want to check his stuff out, but his resumé includes acts such as GRAN RODEO and Gero's instrumentation.
While it's only been two years since the release of this, and the gap between their first and second mini-albums was of around that length, I really hope they come up with something in the future, because I adore their style.
(... if you managed to get through the wall of text, here's a random tidbit: a while back, an online friend could not get over the fact that Death-Hime looks NOTHING like she expected her to look like.)
