新加波大学有set min. 的津贴。 然后所有公司都是被大学挑选了才让学生在大学网站申请。所以学生们都不会被压榨或者是被丢去不相关的地方。 结论: 大马大学校方懒惰去监督公司,才会有一些人被压榨。除非你很幸运的被好的公司挑选。然而最惨的是被压榨的人从此对自己的专业心灰一冷 就好像Lucas!

马来西亚太落后了, intern, 老板,allowance 都比较backdated. Basic allowance started at RM500-800 是什么逻辑,20 years ago I already started taking SGD850 as intern already ! I pity those fresh graduate who work as cheap labour under such bosses.
Whoever works for the lady boss (apparently she hires up to 100 interns per year??) is going to have a hard time seeing how she keeps changing her stance and doesnt seem to have a fixed opinion, or maybe she is not being truthful

Internship is for a student to put what he or she has learnt into practice so as to determine if that is his or her career path. Hence, there is a need to give some real life experiences for the intern with a company supervisor to give feedback and write a report to the school. If you engage a intern teacher or doctor then you interview will be more interesting. A teacher in training that is send to a school cannot just do paperwork without teaching a class of students and with close supervision with a school leader sitting behind to monitor. Therefore, the pay for these professionals in training should not be given a minimum wage. Internship is a final exploration step into the working society, so bosses must show keen interest in engaging and closely observe potential workers. Interns are more concern about their reports and grades more than allowance given but bosses should be more generous in their giving so as to attract more interns into the company and have more opportunities to select good workers.
