Hey just wanted to say just bought a van off of facebook. fully decked out to live in for 9k and broke down while I was on the inner state and was a 4hr drive in total to get it. 💀 Called the guy and ofc he didnt respond and only option was to tow it home which costed a lot. Got it checked out and to atleast get it running would be 2k but to fix all of the problems would be around 5k and bruh it took me 5 months to save that up. Also got hit by a car recently and having issues because of it as well and much more is going on. Point is I feel you lol.

I think this life requires investing in some tools and watching KZbin videos that show you how to fix some of this stuff yourself. The only ones more expensive than mechanics are lawyers.

I moved from Los Angeles to Tennessee 7 months ago thinking I would save money and have a better life, I couldn’t have been more wrong. It’s so miserable here that I just want to sleep all day and find a way to get back to LA. Regardless, you introduced me to EBikes back in 2020 and I’ve been watching all your Vlogs since then. Obviously I really enjoyed the videos with Dave because he was always goofy and funny but ultimately your best Vlogs was always in Los Angeles. I know you hate LA now but I’m just saying look what Sur Ronster Managed to do….he was a little weasel that showed up to the eSkate rides downtown and popped a few wheelies and then turned into a huge KZbin probably making a hundred grand a month. If I was you, I would go back to LA and start making a video every single day, even if you don’t gain traction for a few months you will eventually. Remember there is always something crazy going on in Los Angeles and people love to watch crazy! Hope things get better for you.

Have you thought about switching to the DJI Action 4? Seems like they’re reliable. I’m still using the Hero 8 myself… mostly has worked in my limited use. I’m hoping to start making more bike videos soon. I’ve lost a lot of weight so I can have more fun even on a Super73. lol As you see I comment while watching… great minds 😂

Hey bro I tried to warn you in the beginning when you first bought the bus one diesels are high maintenance they cost a lot of money to fix and gasoline engines are a little bit cheaper to fix and easier to fix and I mentioned you should of got a van like a Ford Econoline 250 350 or a Chevy Express van or one of them you know high top Vans or something like that but it would have been a lot easier on you and less spent money Plus on the bright side the buses are harder to you know hide and everything like that they're more of an eyesore and everything like that and the Vans are easier to stealth camp and they make racks to where you can put your bikes on the outside if you wanted to or you can store them underneath your bed inside the van and they call it garage but yeah Smart Choice get rid of that bus
@loopholeculture6 ай бұрын
I would never try to store 4 bikes outside of a van and a white shuttle bus is far more stealth than a van life van with bikes on the outside. Diesel is more expensive to maintain but the maintenance is way less and the last much longer

Them are some tough breaks lately, hang in there, chin up & all that. Still like the content, Wheel up! Go hang with Dave and maybe get some group content and fix the Surron till it makes you happy again.

An older Ford or Chevy van that you can work on yourself, or a Toyota Tacoma pulling a small camper are better ideas for the road lifestyle..Busses are pricey..You need a mechanic buddy..Every 1,000 feet of elevation you go up, the temperatures drop 3 degrees..10,000 feet is 30 degrees colder..

@@johnwilson7809 You made one correct comment and one wrong comment. You are NEVER too young to start saving, in fact, the sooner you start saving, the sooner you can enjoy a financial retirement. Yes, it will come to old age, that's right, and that supports the earlier view; it's too late to start saving when you're 60.
