With the 2.4 change to MA charges Finishers don't miss, so as long as you maintain charges you can largely ignore Attack Rating. This is especially important with Mosaic as the Sin should be able to always maintain charges. I believe prior to 2.6 it is better to run Dragon tail as you can maintain your Tiger Strike stack and just weave TS and DTail, but mosaic might push us back to Dtalon (pending testing). I'm glad you covered NHD at 15:45 as i think a lot of players are going to get tripped up by trying to run COT and PS on a Dtalon build; it ends up looking really cool but the damage is largely wasted from NHD.

well just tested dragon tail with tiger strike, CoT and Ice Blades... it ripped through p8 like nothing... :D had PS up to, but it mostly just did damage to mobs far far away xD

@@kiyoma2237 ya Warren posted a pretty in-depth review of the NHD. basically only take your PS to 2 charges as the missiles travel outside the nova range if your running COT. if you take it to PS3 your nova will prevent the ice bolts from hitting anywhere near your target.

I've just dragged my assassin all the way to frozen tundra (normal mode) on Dragon Talon level 3 (no charge ups - the only MA skill I clicked on is Dragon Talon). That thing is ultra powerful having knockback easily dealing with main bosses as well. Life stolen, mana stolen (although I do not need it as my act 2 merc is charging up with meditation aura), my charms lightning and cold damage they all work with this skill. It was so easy. Only enemies I've used traps were the dolls in durance of hate levels as they are a bit dangerous. But yeah this skill is amazing. Can you believe it, level 3 and still going strong. Never tried that 24 years ago.

Lol, I had exhausted them all during previous recordings. And Mr Nimoy has grown, but I also have another chinchilla named dusty, could be him perhaps? I would have to check the footage to see which one it is.

1. Speed of the kicks depend on the main hand weapon (I guess it's not completely obvious) 2. Stormlash used to be one of the best weapons to use (ias + crushing blow + static field proc) 3. Biggest risk of the skill is stun-lock when kicking. Essentially it's possible to have "too many kicks", because you can't interrupt the skill. So you might be stuck there until your 7 or 8 kicks land, and in the meantime someone is going to kill you. So it's not unusual to keep the skill at lower level, limiting the damage but also increasing survivability.

Just increase attack speed and stun lock isn't an issue . Burst of speed hlps

Kicks use weapon range. Berserker axe is range 3 kicks, etc. Also dtalon AR is amazing, I'm not sure why you think it's bad. It gets more AR than most attacks with very little into the skill. I think in the video you had 1450% on the skill alone. I usually cap my kicks to 5. The animation can get too long and end up getting you killed. Do 8 if you wanna kick like ubers.

Is there a comprehensive list of what does or does not affect kicks? Trying to determine which will be the best gloves to wear for ubers. I was thinking LOH until you mentioned the % to demons doesn't do anything. I also have dracs and venom grip. Leaning towards venom as I am lacking in CB. And I have a life wand on my OH. This is for a mosaic assassin.

yes, they stack as regular damage added to the on hit portion of the attack.
