Works on a double swing barbarian. Spamming that skill at the beginning of the game eats away your mana.

I have found 2 of those and used them on a barb I started with double swing. It is absurd how easy it mows down everything (sor far up to act5 normal). I think I might keep upgrading them, slapping 1 p skull in each and goblintoes boots (which I also have), they might go a long way. Although, I don't know if I can afford to actually get them to elite status, might not be worth it. But for starter items, on a new char they are really nice. Can they roll with sockets ? That might increase their usefulness.

Similar story, i have one with 92% ED alongside the Deaths Touch Sword on my random Double Swing barb, only leveling him so he can make use of stash gear and I can clear some room lol. I've just ran acts 1+2 and am only just starting to notice the drop off in act 3, tempted to upgrade it once to keep me going through normal :).

Could work good for a double swing barb as you lvl. You may have to replace them pretty quickly though as you level
