Always hated the base lightning skills. Least with the amazon her lightning strike can chain 10,000 times at level 40+ Or maybe because static field is so powerful, they purposely made them subpar.

I thought Static Field was affecting single monster only. Maybe back in the pre v1.10 days?

spire of lazarus is lvl 18 yet salamander is 21 does that seem fair to you ?

Salamander should probably be +3 Fire Skills, honestly. It’d compete better with the otherwise simple-to-make Leaf Runeword staff.
